When purchasing the structural type of a fully automatic electroplating production line, the following factors of the electroplating processing enterprise must be considered comprehensively:

The circular electroplating automatic production line adopts a mechanical linkage transmission device. The length of each process tank on the automatic line is determined according to the processing time of the relevant process. Each process tank is generally at full load, so it has high efficiency and large output.
Compared with the linear electroplating automatic production line, the electrical control is relatively simple, the electroplating process is stable, and continuous production can be achieved, but the mechanical structure is complex, the manufacturing and installation time is long, the cost is high, and the process change is difficult. It is mainly suitable for the electroplating of small and medium-sized workpieces;
The linear electroplating automatic production line is suitable for the batch production of large, circular workpieces or medium and small workpieces, and is widely used.
Since the number of main processing tanks of the linear electroplating automatic production line is calculated according to the production volume, and the auxiliary tank is equipped according to the required process, the auxiliary tank load rate is relatively low.
In order to meet the load requirements of the auxiliary tank, the production line occupies a larger area than the circular electroplating automatic production line with the same output, and the amount of water consumed by the cleaning tank and the energy consumption during heating are also large. Attention must be paid when choosing the type of automatic production line.
The linear electroplating automatic production line is to arrange the process tanks in a straight line, and use an electric crane with a special hook on the upper part to transport the electrode rod or roller with the workpiece hanging on it;
The transmission movement can be automatically controlled or manually controlled. According to the electroplating method, it can be divided into rack plating automatic production line and roller plating automatic production line.
According to the body structure type of the crane, it can be divided into door type, cantilever type and other special forms. The linear electroplating automatic production line can be arranged in two or three rows, and has a high adaptability to the factory environment.
When the same type of electroplated workpiece adopts a multi-layer plating structure, it is more economical and reasonable to use a linear electroplating automatic line for an annual output of more than 10,000m2.
Although the annual output of some small workpieces is not so much, the number is large and the production is continuous. A small linear electroplating automatic line is selected to reduce cost losses and appropriately extend the service life of the production line.
The linear electroplating automatic production line has the advantages of simple mechanical structure, low cost, convenient construction, fast production, and no ground occupation by the crane.
Its disadvantages are that the utilization rate of the auxiliary tank is low, the unit action of the crane is more than that of the circular automatic production line, and the automatic control equipment is more complicated.
At present, the electroplating equipment manufacturing industry generally adopts fully automatic electroplating production lines.
In fully automatic electroplating production lines, small and medium-sized workpieces mostly use rack plating automatic production lines, small workpieces that are not easily damaged mostly use roller plating automatic production lines, and brittle materials and precision small workpieces can use vibration plating automatic production lines.
