The polisher's centralized large compartment dust collection system collects, filters and purifies the dust generated during the polishing process through a series of precision-designed equipment and processes, and finally releases clean air into the atmosphere. System Components

Dust Hoods: Installed above or around the polishing machines, dust hoods capture dust generated during the polishing process. The design of the dust hoods takes into account the induced airflow to ensure effective dust collection.

Ductwork System: Transports the collected dust from the dust hoods to the dust collector for processing. The ductwork system must be adequately sealed and have sufficient airflow to ensure smooth dust transportation.

Dust Collector: Typically utilizes high-efficiency dust collectors such as pulse jet dust collectors or wet scrubbers. Pulse jet dust collectors use compressed air for pulse blowing to clean the filters, while wet scrubbers purify dust through the filtration action of water curtains. The choice of dust collector depends on the dust properties, concentration, and processing volume.

Exhaust System: Discharges the cleaned air into the atmosphere through exhaust fans. The exhaust system must provide sufficient exhaust volume and pressure to ensure system operation and meet emission standards.

Control System: Automates the control of the entire system, including the opening and closing of dust hoods, dust collector cleaning operations, and exhaust fan startup and shutdown. The control system must be highly stable and reliable to ensure long-term stable operation of the system.
